My Service Team Leader, John, was outstanding. Friendly and informative. The young man who checked my car in was also friendly and professional. Service was quick and thorough. Because my vehicle is new and I was in for NYS Inspection and oil change only, I had no need to interact with the Service Mgr/team themselves but they worked quickly and I very much appreciated being provided a video of NYS Inspection. Great waiting area with coffee, tea, popcorn.
