They were able to change my oil and rotate my tires in a very reasonable amount of time for my 1st oil change. I have taken a brand new truck in 4 times because my radio volume keeps going out at random times and doesn't come back on until the truck is turned off, locked and sits for over 10 minutes, navigation randomly quites and won't open. While there are a number of technical service bullitens on this problem. It has yet to be fixed! numerous emails and calls to the service manager have yet to be returned (he left ...

Coffee and popcorn are readily available if needed, and the staff is very courteous. add them to clear all cars need beads even did buy recall, which was not scheduled. Save me another trip out. I would like to ask a question. How do I schedule an appointment, wait a week for it, sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes, only for them to tell me they don't have the parts in stock, they will have to order it and call me when it comes in? Are you kidding me?! Then they ask me if I called to order the parts. Are you kidding me?! So now I have to call and order my own parts for my appointment? ....Then, get quoted over $500 to install two hatchback lift arms that are selling at Autozone ...

I had problem which occurred every 60 days, it was an annoying slow leak in one of my tires well today it was fixed the leak was difficult so slow it took almost 2 months to trigger my faults on my dash will the maintenance supervisor walk me over to the repair area and explained to me exactly where it was along with the mechanic and what they were going to do and how long it would take they were right on the money very professional now I can relax esy with winter approaching
