When I started experiencing some unexpected problems with my vehicle, the service department got my vehicle in quickly to be checked out. Dennis in the service department was extremely helpful and communicative throughout a multiple-day journey of getting it fixed. He went above and beyond and showcased excellent customer service. I’m looking forward to returning to this location in the future!

Nice dealership that works hard to win your business. However, they are not perfect. I took my new truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I normally do this work myself, but this first service was offered free as part of the vehicle purchase. All seemed well until I inspected the wheels and lug nuts when I got home. It was a pleasure to deal with Brooks.He put no pressure on us.Listened to what we wanted and then looked and found the car we wanted.He was good to deal with.
Spent 3 hours an a Friday to get into a vehicle. Was told it would take about an hour to do paperwork. Went Saturday morning. Salesperson said we need to call insurance company to get plates swapped and coverage on new vehicle. Was there for an hour, never signed anything. Wasted a trip. Did e signature through email. They dropped off vehicle on Monday. Had to sign 8 more times. Not thrilled with experience.
Horrible service. Brought the car in for warranty work (I pay for the platinum extended warranty). I told them there was issues with my air conditioner, they said they found the issue submitted it to the warranty company (which is purchased through West Herr) and it was covered and they did the work. Fast forward 3 weeks when it is warm enough to use the air conditioner the car overheats, essentially burns through the last 58% of the oil life. Still waiting on information from service on how to submit my rebates for brakes being done. Also the rear brakes don’t show 100% - only 84 after new installed. This should have been checked before I picked up the truck. Now I have to return again to get this looked at. Trying to be patient. They were able to change my oil and rotate my tires in a very reasonable amount of time for my 1st oil change. I have taken a brand new truck in 4 times because my radio volume keeps going out at random times and doesn't come back on until the truck is turned off, locked and sits for over 10 minutes, navigation randomly quites and won't open.
